The learned counsel for the Applicant was fair enough to submit before this Court that though the application was filed for cancellation of SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2022.03.17 15:39:01 +0530 1/3
Non-bailable Warrant dated 23/12/2021 issued by the learned C.J.M. in RCC No. 26 of 1992 arising out of F.I.R. No. 24 of 1991 registered with Diu Police Station, under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code post filing of the application, the Applicant appeared before the Court below by filing an appropriate remedy. On the application for cancellation of Warrant, necessary Orders were also passed by the Court below and the warrant was subsequently canceled.

As such no grievance remained in this Interim Application. As such grievance raised in the Application is already redressed and hence Application has rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, Interim Application No. 133 of 2022 is disposed of. IN INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2436 OF 2021 4.
By the present application, the Applicant praying for stay on proceedings of the year 1992.

It seems that the Petition/Application is listed before this Court in Regular course. As such, the other side is not put on notice and it would be necessary to hear the other side considering the prayer in the application.

Accordingly, post the Interim Application No. 2436 of 2021 alongwith Writ Petition No. 103 of 1992 for consideration on 04/04/2022.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that next scheduled date before the Court below is on 21/03/2022. We permit the Applicant/Petitioners to submit the application for seeking adjournment in view of the pendency of the application before this Court and the scheduled date granted by this Court. If such application submitted to the Court's below, the Court below to consider that application appropriately. 8.
