The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since all efforts to serve the Respondents had failed, he had made an application for paper publication. The same was allowed and the Applicant has filed an affidavit of service as the said publication was done on 16th May, 2018 in Navshakti and Free Press Journal. 2.

The Respondent has not responded to the paper publication also. Hence, leave to file an appeal deserves to be granted. 3.

Leave is granted. Appeal be admitted.
