By this Civil Application, Applicant Corporation are seeking early hearing of First Appeal Nos.49 of 2009, 50 of 2009 and 51 of 2009 in view of the judgment dated 30.7.2012 in Writ Petition No.1132 of 2002.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and judgment dated 30.7.2012, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed a.

Hearing of First Appeal Nos.49 of 2009, 50 of 2009 and 51 of 2009 are expedited.

Registry is directed to place First Appeals for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of expedited matters.

All the Civil Applications stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
