This is an application of modification of order dated 14th June, 2018, passed by this Court in Bail Application No.358 of 2018. Applicant was directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.N.28 of 2017, registered with Gorai Police Station, Mumbai, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the applicant has furnished one solvent local surety in the sum of R.12,500/-. However, he is not in a position to arrange local solvent surety for the balance

It is pertinent to note that though applicant was granted bail vide order dated 14th June, 2018, he has failed to furnish surety in accordance with bail order and the applicant was continued to be in custody. It is submitted that the applicant is willing to submit surety from Thane. Considering the submissions, order dated 14th June, 2018, is modified as follows: :: O R D E R ::

(i) Criminal Application No.15 of 2019, is allowed; (ii) Applicant be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.28 of 2017, dated 16th September, 2017, registered with Gorai Police Station, Mumbai, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one local solvent surety in the sum of Rs.12,500/-, and another solvent surety of Rs.12,500/-, from Thane;

(ii) Rest of the order dated 14th June, 2014, stands intact;

(iii) Criminal Application stands disposed of.
