As B-summary is already filed before the Court below in offence no. 452 of 2018 of which the petitioner has sought quashing, nothing survives in the petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 on instructions submits that he is consenting for B-summery report and shall not be objecting to the acceptance of the B-summery report by the Court below. The statement since made on instructions, the same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of above, the Court below shall proceed ahead with passing an appropriate order on B-summery report including the akn 1/2
