Bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled. We appreciate the sincere efforts taken by the learned counsel Mr. Ashish Satpute appointed for the Respondents who has renderred able assistance to this Court during the course of hearing of the Appeal. We, therefore, quantify Rs.10,000/- plus the actual expenses borne by him as the fee to be paid to learned counsel Mr. Ashish Satpute. The High Court Legal Aid Service Committee is directed to disburse the said fee to learned counsel Mr. Ashish Satpute within one month from today.
