Heard Mr. Khamkar, learned counsel for the petitioner at length. We are satisfied after perusing nature of injuries and its number that the Authorities have rightly categorized murder under category 2(c) of Annexure-I of the GR dated 15/3/2010. There are 13 incised wounds on various parts of body.

In this situation, submission that evidence available against the petitioner is only circumstantial in nature is irrelevant. We therefore find no case made out. The petition is rejected. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) 1/1
