This is an application for condonation of delay of 4 years and 356 days in filing the Appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted and it is also mentioned in the application that they belonged to poor families. They are not educated. They were working as laborers. They are in jail since last 9 years. There is nobody else who could look after legal requirements. They do not have financial help.
