The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to register an FIR in respect of the Petitioner's complaint dated 16th July 2014.

Mr. Saste, learned APP for the State having taken instructions from the officer concerned, states that the statement of the Petitioner was recorded yesterday, i.e., on 11th July 2015 and preliminary enquiry is being held with regard to the Petitioner's complaint. He further submitted that the said enquiry would be completed and appropriate decision would be taken on the same as expeditiously as possible. He submitted that the decision of the enquiry would be communicated to the Petitioner. In view of the statement made by learned APP, the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
