The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the possession of the suit premises have been handed over on 29-4-2017 in terms of the order dated 6-4-2017 i.e. the Respondent No.2 has handed over possession on behalf of all the Respondents and the possession receipt has accordingly being executed. A copy of the possession receipt is placed on record by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
