1. The present application is forwarded through Central Prison, Nashik by the applicant-Suraj Sunil Tasambad, Convict No.C/11316. Perusal of the application shows that the applicant is praying for bail pending appeal. The record shows that the applicant by engaging the counsel of his choice fled an appeal before this Court challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned District Judge-6, Nashik dated 20.07.2017 in Spl.Case (Atro) No.281/2015. The appeal is admitted on 20.11.2017. It seems that the convict without approaching to the counsel, forwarding the applications to this Court through prison. We have reason to say this because there was also another application bearing Application No.1357/2018 forwarded through the prison and that application was disposed of vide order dated 11.01.2019.

Considering these facts, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned APP to inform the Superintendent of Central Prison, Nashik that the convict-Suraj Tasambad had already engaged a counsel, who is representing him in Criminal Appeal No.

6.IA.563.2021 in Apeal.950.2017.doc inform the counsel engaged by him, so that the counsel in turn may take appropriate steps. The application is disposed of. 2.
