At the outset the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners Mr. Sharma seeks deletion of prayer clause (a) in view of the supervening event of the constitution validity of Sections 499 and 500 of the IPC being upheld. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the present week.

In view of the deletion of the said prayer clause (a) in the Writ Petition, having regard to the challenge that now remains in the above Criminal Writ Petition namely to the order of issuing process, the same would mmj

wp-608-16(4) lie before a Learned Single Judge of this Court. Hence removed from board with liberty to approach the appropriate Learned Single Judge. To facilitate the same, ad-interim which in operation would continue to operate for a period of two weeks.

In the light of the above, the above Criminal Application to stand disposed of.
