By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a direction is sought to the Respondent No.2 to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- which has been deducted from the Respondent No.1's account. The Respondent No.2 is the Union Bank of India and the Respondent No.1 is the husband.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that by order dated 25th April, 2023, the Respondent-husband was directed to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- in the account of the Applicant-wife and had filed an afÏdavit stating that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been deducted. He submits that however, the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- is not received in his account.

The Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The relief sought in the Petition are outside the purview of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
