The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.7 on record. The Applicants i.e. the original Civil Revision Applicants were informed by letter dated 27-10-2016 that the Respondent No.7 has expired. The said letter was received by the Applicants on 12-112016 and that they have filed the instant application on 4-1-2017. Hence the application as filed is within time. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), resultantly the heirs of the Respondent No.7 are allowed to be brought on record.
