The Petition is similar to Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 32233 of 2022 and 32455 of 2022. On these two Petitions of 27th December 2022, a Vacation Bench passed an order granting interim protection until 31st January 2023 and requesting the Apex Grievances Redressal Committee or AGRC to dispose of the Petitioners application for interim relief by that date.

We are informed that the slum rehab scheme involved in this Writ Petition is the same.

Even yesterday we passed a similar order. We pass the same order in the present Petition as well.

The AGRC is requested to dispose of the application for interim relief by 31st January 2023. Until then the impugned order of 13th December 2022 is not to be implemented. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
