Learned counsel for the parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. By these consent terms, the parties have placed on record their agreement for converting the divorce petition under section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 into a petition for divorce by mutual consent under section 13-B of that Act and submitting to a decree of divorce by mutual consent. The terms and conditions concerning alimony as well as quashing of other miscellaneous criminal and civil proceedings are also contained in the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'x' for identification. The statement and undertakings contained therein are accepted. 2.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
