Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by original plaintiff for carrying out amendment in Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application and as petition is not admitted till today, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: Mohite 1/2

21 caw69-17 A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) Civil Application be allowed. The Applicant be permitted to amend the memo of Writ Petition No.13060 of 2016 in accordance Schedule of Amendment being Exhibit-B to this Petition."

B) Amendment be carried out within one week from today.

C) Amended copy of petition be served on respondent's advocate immediately thereafter within one week.

D) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

E) Writ Petition No.13060 of 2016 to appear on board after two weeks.
