He seeks further liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereafter "Cr. P.C.", for short). 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
