This is an application for modification of the order dated 05/01/2021 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1396 of 2020. The said application was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the court of sessions for his release on bail after filing of the charge-sheet. This order was passed at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant. 2.

Considering the request made, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to approach the court of Metropolitan Magistrate for his release on bail after filing of the charge-sheet. However, it is made clear that the maintainability of the bail application before the Metropolitan Magistrate and other aspects shall be dealt with by that court in accordance with law. 4.

The Interim application is allowed in these terms and is disposed of accordingly.
