Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no.5 to initiate appropriate action against the respondent no.2. The petitioner is accused in FIR No. I-225 of 2014 registered with Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar. Learned APP makes a statement that investigation into the said FIR is completed and pps

5 wp 71-15.doc chargesheet is also filed before the appropriate court, and the petitioners are shown as absconding accused.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the said FIR. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be accepted at this premature stage. We are therefore not inclined to entertain this petition when the case is pending for trial. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed .
