At the out-set, Mr. Shah learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 in Criminal Application No.61 of 2020 and Respondent No.2 in Criminal Application No.78 of 2020, raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, against the impugned Orders dated 18th July 2019, a substantive revision is maintainable before the Sessions Court. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the Applicants, seeks leave to withdraw the present Applications with liberty to file substantive Revisions under 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Pg 1 of 2
