The grievance of the Petitioner has been looked into by the Police Inspector, Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai and the Petitioner has been informed that the disputes as contained in the complaints made by the Petitioner are civil in nature. The said communications from the Police are dated 23/12/2017 and 18/05/2018. In view of the said communications it would be open for the Petitioner to seek appropriate recourse under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code by filing an application in the concerned learned Metropolitan Magistrate's Court. It is therefore not necessary for us to keep the above Writ Petition pending. If any such application is filed, needless to state that the concerned learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali, Mumbai would consider the same on its own merits and lgc
