DATED : 13 DECEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for more than two and half years. It is submitted in the facts and circumstances, the trial may be expedited. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew his request for bail, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than two and half years the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months the applicant is permitted to file bail application before the trial Court.
