By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12th December 2018 passed by Estate Officer under Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. By the impugned order the estate officer has allowed the application moved by the respondent for taking the additional evidence of AW-3 on record. 3] In brief, it is the contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner, that once the evidence of A.W.-3 was recorded, the estate officer should not have allowed the applicant to lead further

4] In counter to the submissions advanced, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that what the estate officer has allowed is to produce two pages of the valuation report which were missing when the valuation report was tendered in evidence. 5] Considering the submissions advanced, the order passed as well as the nature of proceedings, I am of the view that the order calls for no interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petition is devoid of substance and merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
