Mr. Chaudhari, learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in view of the deliberations which took place on earlier occasion in this Court, the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and have executed consent terms dated 21st February, 2023. He tendered across the bar original copy of consent terms dated 21st February, 2023. The said consent terms are duly signed by both the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. Mr. Chaudhari submitted that, the Petitioners so also Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are personally present in the Court and have conceded to the fact of execution of consent terms. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
