P.C. :- It appears that the Appellant against whom a nonbailable warrant was issued has been reported to have died. The death certificate of Appellant/Original Accused No.5 is tendered alongwith the report. As per the death certificate the Appellant had died on 13.2.2005.

In the light of that therefore this Appeal is dismissed as abated.
