On 6th December, 2021, learned Counsel for the RespondentAccused had produced death certificate on record, from which, it was apparent that Respondent-Accused had expired on 3rd July, 2021 at his residence.

On 20th December, 2021, learned APP was directed to take instructions from concerned Police Station about the death of the Respondent.

Learned APP tendered a report dated 20th January, 2022 which was received from the Police Inspector, Anti Corruption Bureau, Solapur, stating that Respondent - Barma Rama Dhende has expired and the said fact has been verified by concerned Police Station. The report is taken on record along with photo copy of death certificate. In view of the above, appeal against Respondent/ Accused stands abated and disposed of.
