Prayer made in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the Family Court at Pune to decide the pending Petition of the year 2012 within a period of three months. Judicial notice of the fact will have to be taken that before the Family Court at Pune, there are very old Petitions pending. Therefore, if the petitioner wants out of turn priority to be given to hearing of his Petition, he will have to make appropriate application before the Family Court. We are unable to issue any such writ as older matters are pending before the said Court.
