The order impugned in the petition is capable of being challenged before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal under Section 76 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (BTAL Act).

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal under Section 76 (BTAL Act).

3.

All contentions raised in the petition are kept open to be agitated before the Revenue Tribunal.
