Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the first and the second respondents.

In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, we pass the following order;

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application No.1039 of 2015 stands restored subject to condition of the applicant furnishing requite number of copies of the said application within a period of three weeks from today;

vina k. sr.25.appp.12.2017.doc (ii) If the copies are not supplied within the stipulated period, the order of dismissal dated 11 February, 2016 shall stand; (iii) If copies are furnished within the stipulated period, notice be issued to the concerned respondents in terms of the order dated 11 March 2016 returnable on 10 March, 2017;
