By this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge under the M.C.O.C Act, Thane, to decide the Bail Application ( Exhibit 78) of the petitioner expeditiously. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's bail application is pending before the learned Judge since 13th August 2019. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Considering that the bail application is pending since 2019, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Special Judge under the M.C.O.C Act, Thane, to decide the petitioner's bail application (Exhibit - 78), as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner to place the order passed today before the learned Special Judge under the M.C.O.C Act, Thane, so as to enable him to comply with the same. All parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the bail application. 7.
