Perused the affidavit of Shri Milind S. Jadhav filed on behalf of the first respondent- Kolhapur Municipal Corporation which records that the offending structures have been removed by the Municipal Corporation on 19th January 2016. There is an additional affidavit filed by the petitioner dated 25th January 2016. The only grievance made in the said affidavit is that though the illegal structures subject matter of the petition have been removed, as in the case of other structures, the JCB machine was not used by the Municipal Corporation for demolition of the illegal structures subject matter of the petition. According to us, this issue raised is completely irrelevant as the offending structures have been removed. Nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of. (C.V. BHADANG, J) (A.S.OKA, J)
