Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner tenders the no objection of the Respondent for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,40,000/-, which was deposited in this Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 9th January, 2019. He seeks permission to withdraw the Petition, as the matter has been settled between the parties as also permission to withdraw the amount. 2.

In view of the no objection given by the Respondent and reiterated by learned counsel for the Respondent, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,40,000/- deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest, if any.
