The contempt alleged is of the order dated 20 March 2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2002 of 2014, by which the Respondent was directed to deliver the vacant possession of the suit premises.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that possession of the suit premises has been received by the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the parties point out that the Contempt Petition is yet to be admitted.
