Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Family Court Appeals from the year 2008 onwards are pending in this Court for final hearing. Hence, as of today, priority cannot be given to the Appeal of the year 2014. Hence, the Application for fixing the early date of hearing is rejected.
