By this Application, the Applicants seek re-call of the Order dated 04.01.2018 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) in ABA No. 1512 of 2017, by which the Applicants' Anticipatory Bail Application was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Since vide Order dated 25.01.2018, this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) has passed an order of "Not before this Court", the matter has been placed before this Court, being the alternate Bench. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is

APPP 13-18.doc allowed and the Order dated 04.01.2018 dismissing the ABA No. 1512 of 2017 is recalled. The aforesaid ABA No. 1512 of 2017 is restored back to its original file.
