The learned Advocate appearing for MIDC states that within a period of one week from today a fresh lease agreement with necessary corrections will be forwarded to the Advocate for the Petitioner for execution and registration. It is further stated that it will be provided in the Agreement that the charges applicable to the Petitioner shall be from the date of execution of the lease agreement and he will be required to complete the construction within a period of three years. Nijasure are acceptable to the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall execute and register the said lease agreement within two weeks from the date of receipt of the same from the MIDC.
