DATED : 26th SEPTEMBER 2022 P.C:- The applicants came to be arrested on 7/8/2021 in connection with C.R.No. 527/2021 which invoke Sections 302 r/w Section 34 IPC.

On hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP, when I expressed my disinclination to entertain the application, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the application.

She, however, plead that both the applicants have children who are to be catered to, and therefore, the trial shall be expedited.

2/2 52 BA 84-22.doc Considering that the charge-sheet is filed the subject C.R. in the year 2021, the Special Court shall frame a charge within a period of one year from today. In case the charge is not framed, the applicants are at liberty to renew their request once again.
