The office noting shows that as spare copies were not supplied by the Advocate for the Applicant, notice could not be issued to the respondent no.1. It also appears that Advocate Mr.Karansing B. Rajput has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant to supply spare copies of the application, in the

2/2 48-appln.9.2015 Registry, within one week from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the Respondent no.1.

If the spare copies are supplied within the stipulated time, notice be issued to respondent no.1, returnable on 22nd July, 2016. Learned APP waives notice on behalf of State. In addition to the Court notice, Advocate for the Applicant to serve the respondent no.1, by Advocate's notice and file an affidavit of service before the returnable date. 4.

It is made clear that if the spare copies are not supplied in the Registry, within the stipulated time, the Application shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to the Court (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
