The grievance of the applicants in these applications is that 3rd and 4th respondents are not sanctioning the loan to the applicants though they have made applications for grant of loan. Considering the dispute involved in the petition, no relief can be granted as prayed for in these applications. It is for the applicants to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the said reliefs. Accordingly, the applications are disposed of.
