In terms of the Undertaking dated 9th January, 2020 the applicant had handed over a Demand Drat of Rs.3,25,010/- to Mr. Arvind Shankar Bhor. He is present in Court which has been

Rane 2/3 ABA-42-2020 (SR.1) identified by his Aadhar Card, a copy of which has been taken on record.

In view of the fact that the applicant has repaid the entire amount to the complainant, it is directed that, in the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No.59 of 2019 registered with Chembur Police Station, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like sum.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

4.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the

It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of granting bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
