Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent and learned AGP for the 1st and 2nd Respondents. The grievance in the petition is that a lease has not been executed in favour of the petitioner notwithstanding the request made by the petitioner by letter dated 18th April, 2014. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is relying upon several orders of this Court.

In view of this limited grievance, we dispose of the petition by passing following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) We direct authorized representative of the petitioner to remain present before the 2nd Respondent on 30th March, 2015 at 11.00 a.m. Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the said Respondent along with a true copy of letter dated 18th April, 2014 (Exhibit-A to the petition);

(ii) It will be open for the petitioner to produce before the 2nd Respondent copies of the Judgments on which the petitioner is relying upon;

(iii) We direct that the District Collector (2nd Respondent) to take appropriate decision on application dated 18th April, 2014, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of one month from the date fixed for appearance of the petitioner;

(iv) Order passed on the said application be forthwith communicated to the petitioner;

(v) The petition is disposed of on the above terms; (vi) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
