This application is for restoration of Criminal Bail Application No.2358/2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 26.11.2018.

In the present matter, notice was issued to respondent No.2 i.e. original intervenor. Office noting shows that the notice is served. 3.

Heard Ms. Khot, the learned Counsel for the applicant and Smt. Kaushik, learned A.P.P. for the State. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the earlier Advocate appearing for the applicant had not diligently attended the matter and for no fault of the applicant the 1 / 2

Considering the reasons stated, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Application stands disposed of accordingly.
