Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, on instructions of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, states that the main Suit i.e. Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2013, itself has been disposed of, pursuant to an amicable settlement entered into between the parties on 12th December, 2015, before the Loknyayalaya. Learned Counsel has tendered a copy of the aforesaid order dated 12th December, 2015, passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai (Panel Judge). The same is taken on record. 2.
