This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.103/2020 registered at Ranjangaon MIDC Police Station, District - Pune Rural on 19.3.2020. Some of the sections applied in this case are under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that he has filed this application inadvertently instead of filing an Appeal as provided under that Act. He prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file proper proceedings under that Act.
