The order dated 2nd December, 2014 of the Bombay City Civil Court is challenged. It grants relief in terms of clause (a) of the appellants Notice of Motion itself. The appellants were the defendants in the suit. The defendants took out the Notice of Motion to file appearance by way of vakalatnama. The learned Judge has granted that prayer. There is absolutely no cause for complaint. 2.

The appeal is misconceived and accordingly dismissed. 3.
