Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant - Petitioner. None for the Respondent. The Civil Application seeks an interim stay of proceedings before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune in Criminal Complaint Nos. 417 to 478 of 2000.

The criminal complaints before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune are in respect of non payment of minimum wages and enforcement of the order passed by the Labour Court at Pune, directing such payment. The order of the Labour Court dated 6th Sam. 1/2

29-CA-279-16 March, 2002 is impugned in the present petition. When the rule was issued, this Court passed an interim order on 15th April 2002 staying the effect, implementation and operation of the impugned order. This interim order is subsisting till date. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune is, accordingly, directed not to proceed with the Criminal Complaint Nos. 417 to 478 of 2000. 3.
