On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel Ms. Patil submit that the applicant came to be arrested on 11/09/2020, and is incarcerated for last 2 years without the charge being framed. She request for the liberty being reserved if the charge is not framed within one year.

Application is rejected with the liberty being conferred on the applicant to renew the request, in case the charge is not framed within a period of one year.
