The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no intention on the part of the applicant for delay in filing Criminal Revision Applications and hence prays for condonation of delay. 4.

In view of the averments made in the Criminal Applications, sufficient cause is made out, hence delay is condoned. 5.

Criminal Applications are allowed and are disposed of accordingly.
