The petitioner's grievance is that the officers, who had given No Objection to the re-development project, were negligent in their duties and therefore, criminal proceedings be initiated against them. The petitioner will have to first establish that the officers concerned were negligent in their duties and thereafter the petitioner would resort to appropriate remedy.

For the present, no interference is warranted. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
